FESTA GIVES BACK

EMPOWERING WOMEN IN COFFEE

For the 2024 holiday season, we partnered with De la Gente to support women coffee farmers from the Union of Small-Scale Producers in Guatemala (UPC), who grow the organic certified coffees we roast. Our goal was to help UPC's women's group purchase a second mechanical de-pulping machine. This investment guarantees not only more consistent processing and improved quality control but also secures a brighter future for these farmers and their families, making a tangible difference in their lives.

DELÍCIA GIVES BACK

Helping Underserved Coffee Communities

Empowering our employees to have a voice in where Nossa’s donation dollars go is paramount to building a team that is connected more deeply with each other and our global community. That’s why, in 2021, we launched our Employee Giving Committee, an employee led group that works with Kiva.org to fund micro-loans to support small-business owners in coffee growing regions around the world. 50¢ of every bag of Delícia do Brasil purchased helps fund these microloans.

Check out how your purchase of Nossa Familia Coffee is having an impact!
